Implementing a Reflective Workplace Culture

At ThinkWell, we know that implementation, scaling up and sustainability can be the most challenging parts of any organisational change and improvement strategy. This session is for leaders planning the implementation of reflective practices across their program or organisation. It complements the Reflective practices in the workplace training, which outlines the what, why and how of reflective practices.
Our skilled ThinkWell Consultants will outline some of the key setting conditions for a reflective culture, facilitating discussion among participants of their own organisational context - which setting conditions are in place, which are not, and which had they not yet considered?
Participants will explore some of the organisational mechanisms through which a culture of reflection can be integrated - meetings (involving both internal and external stakeholders), supervision; recruitment processes – as well as the critical importance of top-down congruence when establishing a reflective culture.
