Think Being Well
Wellbeing is critical to our ability to perform as professionals. Our training draws on neurobiological understandings of stress and reward activation. It emphasises how the multiple and varied aspects of identity can impact on how people experience their day-to-day world and are impacted on by the systems they live and work within.
Our training and workshops encourage professionals to reflect on and explore the evidence around both what they need as individuals to be well but also what conditions are required for teams and workplaces to thrive.
Our training includes:
- Being well - inclusive workplaces, supportive teams and prioritising belonging
- The toll it takes - vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue and burn out
