Sustaining Wellbeing

Worker wellbeing has never been more important - how do we meaningfully sustain ourselves in complex, demanding roles?

This session takes you beneath the surface of ‘self-care’ and into the brain, highlighting the neurobiology of regulation, reward and relationships, and how and why these factors support you to feel and perform at your best. We also explore the key drivers of worker wellbeing and resilience - the elements that research tells us contribute to engagement, commitment and motivation at work, both from an individual and organisational perspective.

This workshop provides participants with an opportunity to identify the actions that are within their circle of control that can build both individual resilience as well as contribute to collective wellbeing. It is a pragmatic session that you’ll come away from with your own wellbeing plan, insights into your coping strategies under stress and how you can sustain yourself as a professional in an increasingly busy, output-focussed work world.
